Moving across the world, distance from family and friends, work pressure, cultural friction and loneliness are common themes, and talking about them with someone who works in English, or in Italian, makes a difference. Individuals, couples and adolescents are welcome.
Sessions are held in the morning and early afternoon in Europe, which means afternoon and evening in Asia. Times below are for the current Central European Summer Time; in brackets, the time once Europe is back on winter time (from 25 October).

Asia does not change clocks, so the gap with Europe is 1 hour wider in winter. Other slots can be arranged on request.
50 minutes by video, usually weekly, from my practice in Europe. I send you the link before each appointment.
Some video platforms can be slow or blocked in mainland China. A reliable VPN, switched on and tested before the first session, avoids most problems.
If the line drops, we continue on a channel we agree on together, for example WhatsApp or WeChat.
Choose a room with a stable connection where you will not be interrupted.
Sessions take place from Europe. They do not replace local health services and are not suitable for emergencies.
At the start we agree on a local emergency contact and useful numbers for the city where you live.
Rules on remote therapy vary from country to country. Before starting we check together whether the rules of the country where you live allow the work, and the informed consent states that it is carried out from Europe.
